This 41,290-square-foot commercial roofing project was completed across nine roof sections for the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Foster City, California. Utilizing Accella Polyurethanes materials, Central Coating Company applied a 1.5-inch Sprayed Polyurethane Foam Roof System to provide R-9.5 of continuous insulation. The installation required careful coordination with cell tower providers on the upper roofs, while the lower roofs visible from guest rooms were finished with a Cool Roof compliant tan coating. The multi-level project was successfully completed on time and on budget.
