This commercial roofing project was completed for the 14-story Mission City Center office tower in Santa Clara, California. The challenging 180-foot-tall reroof required a massive 120-ton crane to load vacuum equipment and remove the previous inverted gravel roof. To meet new Title 24 requirements, Central Coating Company applied a fully adhered Sprayed Polyurethane Foam Roof System directly over the concrete deck, adding R-23 continuous insulation and providing an estimated 20,000 square feet of weatherproof finish backed by a 20-year warranty.
