This massive 157,500-square-foot commercial roofing and solar integration project was completed for the Paramit medical device manufacturing facility in Morgan Hill, California. Prior to the new solar installation, Central Coating Company applied an early recoat to the building's existing Sprayed Polyurethane Foam roof to ensure maximum long-term durability and weatherproofing. The upgraded roof system safely and efficiently supports an 890-kilowatt photovoltaic system mounted on ballasted racking.
